ROC Programs
Are you ready?
This program is ROC’s 12 step program for all new incoming clients that must be completed by the end of their 6 months stay within a ROC facility. Through this program we will ensure that every step to independent living is successfully obtained. These women will be able to leave our program with the necessities to live without governmental assistance and dependency. We strive to break the cycle of dependency in the communities that we serve.
12 steps to successful independent living: Bill paying, Finances, Housekeeping, Credit, Etiquette, Education, Physical Health, Spiritual Health, Mental Wellness, Personal enhancements, Career, and Housing.
R.O.C. Promised Future college assistance program
Promised future is a college funding assistance program were we seek to assist graduating seniors with scholarships, grants, and other financial aid to go toward college tuition. Through partnerships and sponsorships ROC seeks to help those students graduating from public schools in impoverished and low income communities. Substance abuse overcomer program (S.A.O)
Is a program to help women specifically that struggles with any type of substance abuse issues and addictions. S.A.O wants to provide the therapy, spiritual guidance, healing and delivery needed. By partnering with Christian substance abuse counseling programs, and local AA groups. We strive to help every women overcome any addiction, for her to have a liberated life as God has called her to have.
Shield of Faith
Shield of Faith is an in-house program lead and guided by R.O.C. trained staff.
SMART
Save money, Manage money, Acquire assets, plan to Retire, and Tithe. SMART is R.O.C.’s financial intelligence program for the women and teens that we serve. As the financial arm of our 12 step program SMART was developed to help our women to be financially secure and independent. In addition to SMART we will help these women in the areas of budgeting, stocks, bonds, certificates, credit establishment, and investing.
Christian Counseling and Coaching Program
Christian counseling and coaching program (C.C.C.P) is a program for in house occupants to seek licensed Christian counseling, life and parenting coaching courses.
SHAPE career guidance program
SHAPE career program is our in house program were we connect our women with career counselors to discuss their aspirations and how to achieve them. We believe that life’s hardships does not stop the plan and purpose of God in our lives. And the desires of our heart he will fulfill. So through this we encourage our women to take the necessary steps to achieve their career goals and aspirations despite age or circumstances. In addition, we will help them learn and identify their gifts and talents to serve in the kingdom of God and in the world.
Women Made Whole (W.M.W.)
W.M.W is our partnering program with women prisons and youth detention centers. To serve those women and teenage girls that are imprisoned and soon to be released. Women made whole seeks to help these women by being an aid in their reintegration into society. Providing them the resources and tools they need to acquire shelter, food, employment, training, and etc.
P.E.A.R.L.S & P.E.A.R.L.S–U
Pure. Educated. Articulate. Respectable. Loving. Sophisticated is our youth development program serving inner city public school girls, middle and high school aged. PEARLS provide on the ground teaching, mentoring and encouragement to help those without the guidance and role models at home, to be able to successfully complete high school and go on to college, trade school or the workforce. We go into partnering schools to meet with our students to discuss a monthly theme that surrounds the acronym of PEARLS. In addition, we combine these lessons with classroom teachings to give our girls a sense of how to use their education in real life circumstances, build confidence and be great leaders among their peers and in their communities. We also help them pursue colleges, scholarships, grants, internships and more.
After successful completion of PEARLS we offer PEARLS University for those graduating high school going into college. PEARLS- U is the continuation program of PEARLS for those young ladies that wants to continue the program even after high school. With PEARLS- U we go further into our lessons and mentoring incorporating spiritual aspects of what it means to be PEARLS.

Power up
Is a 12 week accelerated course to help women and men within inner city limits with a business idea to start up there business. Broken 2 Bonded
Broken 2 Bonded is our counterpart program of PEARLS here at Reflections of Christ, Inc. This program is for young men ages 13-35. B2B primary focus is to provide mentorship and leadership to the young men and men that partake in this program. Our goal is to help those that have been incarcerated and those without a leading male figure in their lives. The focus for those that have been incarcerated to be reintegrated into society by finding employment, training in a trade, parenting skills, and more. We want to help those that have been broken away from their families to build a bond; mending families in our communities back together.
